We are deeply saddened to announce that we are no longer proceeding with events in 2020, and that our next events at the Emirates Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth will now take place on Friday 5th February and Friday 12th March 2021.
Over the past few months, we have been closely monitoring the return of events across the globe, and as we are unable to operate our events with social distancing in place we have made the very tough decision to hold off our events until February 2021, when we hope things will be a little more normal. The health and wellbeing of you, as our customers, our DJ’s and our staff is paramount to us.
This hasn’t been an easy decision to make, and we know that all of those with tickets to this years events will be as disappointed as we are, however we are confident this is the right decision to make as we rebuild our health and our communities. We’re also confident that having fun, creating memories, and enjoying magical moments together will be more important than ever when we meet again.
If you’ve purchased a ticket to join us in the sky this year, thank you for your support. We really appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time. You will receive an email over the weekend with an update on your booking, and the option to select a date to attend in February or March 2021.
We do also appreciate that not everybody will be able to make these new dates, and that some people may have circumstances where a refund is preferred, in which case a refund will be available to you. Please see the information below on how to request a refund.
If you are able to, and willing, by rebooking your tickets instead of taking a refund, you will be supporting us, a small event company through this unprecedented and difficult time.
As we mentioned in March, a small number of complimentary tickets for these events have been allocated to Key Workers and NHS Staff, as we recognise the efforts of those frontline heroes. Simply click here to request these, or nominate an individual. NHS Staff can also receive 20% off tickets when they go on sale by clicking here.

Tickets for 2021’s events will go on general sale on Friday 3rd July.
The next events will take place at the Emirates Spinnaker Tower on Friday 5th February and Friday 12th March 2021.
We will be contacting all ticket holders this weekend with details of the refund process. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folders in case it ends up in there. You will be asked to fill out a short form stating your preference for a refund or alternatively you can choose a date to attend in 2021. The deadline to complete this form is 7pm on Friday 3rd July 2020.
We will start to process refunds immediately after the closing date on the form (3rd July 2020), meaning the latest you can expect to receive your refund will be Friday 18th July 2020.
If you miss the deadline, your tickets will be automatically allocated to one of our events in 2021 – you will NOT be out of pocket.

Yes, if you wish to apply for a refund, booking fees will be refunded.
You are able to cancel and refund the relevant tickets of those that can no longer attend and retain others on the order, however any refunds will be issued to the original payment card.

Tickets for our Silent Disco events at the top of the Emirates Spinnaker Tower will go on General Sale on Friday 3rd July 2020.
